Build Global brand strategy for our oral non-prescription brands
Build and support the creation of innovative and effective campaigns to grow sales & market share
Lead management of all marketing elements for key segments within the ACE oral portfolio
Work closely with commercial teams to implement commercial initiatives to drive profitability
Design and execute the brand plans in the US market, collaborating closely with US Key Account Manager to address needs of individual retailers, and with US brand team to identify brand synergies
Liaise with all other affiliates for successful implementation in Global markets
Expenditure, Production & Sales Forecasting
Partner with Business Unit, Technical Operations, Regulatory, Product Supply and Customer Service to ensure sufficient stocks available to meet Sales Targets, at the same time meeting Inventory objectives.
Manage expenditure budgets for marketing.
It is the responsibility of the Marketing Manager to manage this budget, to ensure appropriate allocation of resources within the agreed budget and ultimate budget holders.
Manage external agency relationships and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
Work closely with rest of ACE marketing and Companion Animal Brand marketing teams to drive synergies across brand & leverage learnings.
Lead product portfolio development as it related to "Oral" parasiticide control solutions
To champion ACE and it's portfolio within the broader organization.
Additional Skills/Preferences :
Demonstrated success in managing a brand
Commercial understanding including P&L development.
Excellent brand, category and competitor knowledge and awareness of market environment.
Good understanding of the different sales channels and its key success factors.
Strong commercial focus
Relevant market experience essential, Human OTC marketing experience preferred
Cross-functional project leadership
Highly creative and takes the initiative
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Can do attitude, with ability to influence and work in a collaborative way.
Proven implementation ability.
Analytical use of data.
Proactive and results driven - brings new ideas to the table & not afraid to try something new.
Good interpersonal skills, able to influence management and other senior stakeholders.
