Job RequirementsMidwest Veterinary Supply is seeking a Home Delivery Support Specialist for our Lakeville, Minnesota corporate office.
Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of 2 years to include the following:
Veterinary Sales and or Marketing
Experience with online ordering
Experience with web based commerce platforms
Microsoft Excel 2007
Microsoft Word 2007
S2K Enterprise experience preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to work with corporate office to achieve mutual goals
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Attention to detail to assure accuracy
Regular interaction with people
Daily deadlines may result in a fast pace of work and stress
Continuous use of hands for writing and computer keyboard
Continuous use of a computer monitor requiring close and color vision
Frequent use of a telephone, listening and speaking
Ability to work at a desk throughout the day
Job DescriptionWork as part of a team to manage the daily operations of Midwest Veterinary Supply home delivery platforms. Ensure that all online store and JAT Rx item and pricing information is up to date and maintained on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Field questions regarding the operation of the online stores and JAT Rx from clinics, sales representatives and clients of clinics. Respond to inquiries from clinics that are interested in an online store.
Work with clinic staff, outside sales support specialists, Outside Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives to perform the online store enrollment/application process in a timely fashion. Document key clinic interactions using the designated system and communicate new clinic customer access to the sales force and management.
Conduct training sessions and system demonstrations for clinics, sales staff and if necessary, clients of clinics that have an online store.
Work with the Home Delivery Manager and fellow team members to document system errors, user problems and clinic feature requests.
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Work will typically be performed Monday through Friday. Working more than 40 hours per workweek may be required.
Regularly uses typical office equipment including computer keyboard and terminal, telephone, fax and copier.
