Job Requirements
Applicant must have 6 to 10 years sales experience. Applicant must possess: Strong analytical and organizational skills, strong PC skills (Microsoft office: Word. Excel, Outlook, ACT etc) and have prior successful outside sales experience of a minimum of 7 years. Experince in managing and maintaining strong customer relationships required. Candidate must demonstrate initiative and accomplish goals with minimum supervision.Position to be located near any majority city within a territory.
Job Description
Duties include the following:Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned territories.
Develop and service accounts in a specific assigned region.
Prioritize key markets, new accounts and spend time calling on them accordingly. Includes detailing product categories as required.
Provide feedback on marketing, marketing materials and competitive information.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions and company meetings as required.
Manage agency sales reps within a given territory.
Complete call reports, expense reports, monthly sales reports and presentatiions as required.
Improve efficiency and knowledge of agency sales representatives and outside telemarketers through training.
Other duties as required.
